o Proposal to allow the placement of a manufactured home to allow property owner to remain close to family and grandchild
▪ Variances
• Allowing a manufactured home to be places within the R-2 district
• GC25-048 6305 LaSalle Dr
o Replacement of existing directional signage with new signs (Graphics Signage approval)
• Z25-051 & CV25-097 446 Rathmell Road
o 17.41 acres at the corner of Rathmell Rd & Parsons Ave to rezone L-ARLD to allow for the construction of a multi-family apartment complex (216 units)
▪ Variances
• Garage height to be increased to 16’ from 15’ standard
• Reduce minimum 25’ building setback to 5’ along western & southern properly lines
• Reduce minimum 25’ parking setback to allow for a 5’ parking setback along the western and southern property line
